Indian Agriculture Products Shipping Policy
At Al-Ameen Enterprises, located in Hyderabad, near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, we are committed to providing our clients with efficient and reliable shipping solutions. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered safely, timely, and in compliance with all legal requirements.
Shipping Terms
- Incoterms: Our shipping terms are based on the latest version of Incoterms. Common terms used are CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) and FOB (Free on Board).
- Shipping Schedule: The shipping schedule will be agreed upon with the buyer and is subject to the timely receipt of necessary export/import licenses and payment.
Shipping Documentation
- Bill of Lading: A Bill of Lading will be provided as proof of shipment and will detail the goods being transported, the carrier, and the consignee.
- Commercial Invoice: A commercial invoice will be issued, detailing the product description, quantity, price, and total value.
- Packing List: A packing list will be provided, detailing the contents of each package or container.
- Certificate of Origin: A Certificate of Origin will be provided, certifying that the goods were produced in India.
- Quality and Inspection Certificates: Quality certificates and inspection reports will be provided as per the product specifications and agreed terms.
Risk and Title Transfer
- Risk Transfer: The risk passes from Al-Ameen Enterprises to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterms, typically when the goods are loaded onto the vessel at the port of loading.
- Title Transfer: The title to the goods passes to the buyer upon full payment of the invoice value.
Shipping Insurance
- Insurance Coverage: Insurance coverage for the goods will be provided as per the agreed terms, typically under CIF terms. The insurance will cover the risks during transit until the destination port.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs, including freight charges, insurance, and other related expenses, will be as per the agreed Incoterms. Under CIF terms, Al-Ameen Enterprises will bear the cost up to the destination port.
Customs Clearance
- Export Clearance: Al-Ameen Enterprises will handle all necessary export customs clearance procedures in India.
- Import Clearance: The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Force Majeure
- Force Majeure Clause: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or labor strikes, Al-Ameen Enterprises will not be held liable for delays in shipping.
Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising from shipping-related issues will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
Amendments and Updates
- Policy Updates: Al-Ameen Enterprises reserves the right to update or amend this shipping policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to our clients in a timely manner.
