1. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all export transactions conducted by Al-Ameen Enterprises, located in Hyderabad, India, near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. By engaging in any business with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Services
Al-Ameen Enterprises specializes in the export of a wide variety of agricultural products, including cereals, pulses, spices, fruits, vegetables, and dry fruits. Our products are sourced from around the Telangana state and meet the highest quality standards.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Prices are as agreed upon between Al-Ameen Enterprises and the buyer.
- Payment terms are to be negotiated and agreed upon prior to shipment. We accept various payment methods, including Letter of Credit (LC), advance payment, and others as mutually agreed.
4. Quality Assurance
- All products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure compliance with international standards.
- A Works Test Certificate or equivalent quality certificate will be provided for each shipment.
5. Delivery and Shipment
- Delivery terms will be as per Incoterms, with the most common being CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or FOB (Free on Board).
- Shipment schedules will be agreed upon in advance and are subject to the timely receipt of necessary export/import licenses and payment.
6. Inspection
- Pre-shipment inspection will be carried out by a mutually agreed agency to ensure the quality and quantity of the products.
- The cost of pre-shipment inspection will be borne by Al-Ameen Enterprises.
7. Risk and Title
- The risk passes from Al-Ameen Enterprises to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the vessel at the port of loading.
- The title to the goods passes to the buyer upon full payment of the invoice value.
8. Force Majeure
- Al-Ameen Enterprises will not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or labor disputes.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the export transactions will be resolved amicably through negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
11. Amendments
- These terms and conditions may be amended only in writing and with the mutual consent of both parties.
